No problem. With our shower sealing profile configurator, you can find the right seal for your glass shower wall in a flash and with ease. Measure the glass thickness on the fixed side panel and the door, as these can have different glass thicknesses.
Do you know exactly which sealing profile you need for your shower?
Then you can search directly in our profile shop using replicas of shower partition walls for your personal shower profile.

Who can order?
At us, the customer matters. You can shop with us as a private customer or as a commercial operator or company.
Order Process - How can I order from duschdichtungsprofile.de?
a. Shopping Cart
Select the products you want to order by clicking the "Add to Cart" button. This will place your selection in the shopping cart. You can change this selection at any time until you submit your order by changing the quantity of products, deleting the selection by clicking the "Remove" checkbox, or canceling the ordering process. By clicking the "Checkout" button, you proceed to the next step of the ordering process.

b. Checkout
Please log in with your email address and password if you already have a customer account, otherwise please register as a new customer. Your data is collected, processed and used in accordance with data protection regulations (privacy notice). No other use or disclosure to third parties will occur. If you are already logged in, you can now select the shipping method. By clicking the "Next" button, you proceed to the next step of the ordering process.
c. Check Billing Address / Select Payment Method
Now verify your billing address and specify your desired payment method. By clicking the "Next" button, you proceed to the next step of the ordering process.
d. Check Shipping Address / Select Shipping Method
Now verify your shipping address and specify your desired shipping method. By clicking the "Next" button, you proceed to the next step of the ordering process.
e. Complete Order / Terms and Privacy Policy
You will receive a summary of your order: the selected products, the shipping and billing address, and your contact information. Please verify that all information is correct and carefully read the General Terms and Conditions and the Withdrawal Notice. You can only proceed with the order if you agree to the Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy (check the box). By clicking the "Submit Order" button, you submit your order to us. By doing so, you make a legally binding offer.
Cancel Order - Is it possible to cancel my order?
In principle, your order can of course be canceled. Please contact our employees in writing. Feel free to use our contact form.
Attention: A cancellation can only take place if the ordered item has not yet been shipped.
What happens after the order?
- Kurz nach Abschluss Ihrer Bestellung erhalten Sie von uns eine Bestätigung per E-Mail mit Ihrer Bestellnummer. In Ihrem Benutzerkonto unter Meine Bestellungen können Sie sich immer über den Status Ihrer Bestellung informieren.
- Sollten Sie die Bestellbestätigung einmal nicht in dem Eingangsordner Ihres E-Mail Accounts finden können, prüfen Sie bitte, ob diese versehentlich in Ihrem SPAM-Ordner gespeichert wurde.
- Wir werden Sie außerdem per E-Mail informieren, sobald Ihre Sendung unser Haus verlässt. In dieser E-Mail erhalten Sie auch Ihre Sendungsnummer, mit der Sie die Auslieferung Ihres Pakets über die Homepage des Paketdienstes genau nachvollziehen können.

All deliveries are made (unless otherwise stated) with the courier DER KURIER. Oversized items 250 cm long are also shipped with DER KURIER.

DER KURIER offers a shipment tracking system on their website.
You will receive the necessary tracking number from us with your shipping confirmation.
To do this, go to the corresponding website of the shipping partner and enter your tracking number in the form.

Is international shipping possible?
No, shipping is basically only available within Germany. For delivery to Austria, please contact us by email.
Can I pick up the goods myself?
No, we do not have a physical store. Our warehouse is managed externally. This is the only way we can continue to guarantee low prices.
Can I ship to a parcel shop or pickup station?
Unfortunately, delivery to parcel shops or a pickup station is basically not possible with our shipments, as most packages fall into the oversized category due to their length and shape.
Such shipments are neither accepted by parcel shops nor do they fit in the compartments of a pickup station.
Please note that for packages where a pickup station or parcel shop was specified as the shipping address, you must expect additional shipping costs.
Invoice
Can an invoice that has already been created be changed?
There are many reasons why an invoice needs to be reissued later. We can understand your justified wish to have it changed, but we cannot do it.
Returns - Return Shipping
Voluntary Right of Return up to 30 Days After Receipt of Goods
Without prejudice to your statutory right of withdrawal, we grant you a voluntary right of return of 30 days from the date of receipt of goods. With this right of return, you can also withdraw from the contract after the expiration of the 14-day withdrawal period (see Withdrawal Notice) by returning the goods to us within 30 days of receipt (period begins the day after receipt of goods).
Timely sending is sufficient to meet the deadline. However, a prerequisite for exercising the voluntary right of return is that the goods are returned completely, in their original condition undamaged and without damage in the original sales packaging together with any instructions and - if available - with an undamaged seal. If these requirements are not met, the return of goods can be refused. Alternatively, as in the case of the statutory right of withdrawal, in the case of the voluntary 30-day right of return, compensation for loss of value can be demanded if the loss of value is due to handling of the goods that was not necessary to inspect the condition, properties and functionality of the goods. The voluntary right of return does not apply to contracts for the delivery of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection and hygiene reasons if their seal was removed after delivery. Until the expiration of the period for the statutory right of withdrawal, only the statutory conditions listed there apply. The voluntary right of return does not limit your statutory warranty rights.
The ordered item doesn't fit?
If the item you ordered does not fit, you can return it to us within 30 days. To process this as quickly and easily as possible, please send an email to retouren@duschdichtungsprofile.de specifying the items you wish to return, the reason for the return, and your order number. You will then receive a return slip and a form for scheduling the pickup via email. Our shipping partner "DER KURIER" will pick up the return directly from you.
Costs for returning your packages
We cover the return shipping costs for packages up to 2 meters long. Oversized packages, from 206 cm, can only be returned to us at your own expense.
The ordered item is damaged?
This appears to be transport damage. Unfortunately, we have limited influence on this. In this case, please send us a photo. We will then prepare a new package for shipping and send it to you free of charge. Otherwise, please contact us via contact form.
How do I get my money back?
Once the return has been received and checked, we will refund the amount to you. The refund varies depending on the payment method and is processed within 14 days of receipt of the return.
- Rechnungskauf: Bei einer Gutschrift reduziert sich die Rechnung um den Wert der Rücksendung. Sie bezahlen dann nur die Ware, die sie behalten haben. Ist die Überweisung bereits erfolgt, wird der Betrag Ihrem Bankkonto gutgeschrieben.
- Kreditkarte: Die Gutschrift wird auf das von uns belastete Kreditkartenkonto zurückgebucht. Sie können die Rückbuchung auf Ihrer nächsten Kreditkartenabrechnung einsehen.
- PayPal: Die Gutschrift erfolgt auf das von Ihnen genutzte PayPal-Konto. Ob der Betrag auf Ihrem PayPal-Konto hinterlegt wird oder wieder auf Ihr Bankkonto zurückgebucht wird, können Sie selbst bei PayPal festlegen.
When is my return not free?
- Pakete in Überlänge ab 2,50m
- Pakete mit Inselzuschlag
Unfortunately, we cannot return packages 2.50m or longer for free, as these are oversized items whose return would involve enormous costs.
Of course, you have the option to return these products at your own expense and receive a corresponding refund upon receipt.
Problems / Error Messages

Based on our experience, we can give you the following tips if you have trouble adding items to the shopping cart:

Order confirmation not received
If you cannot find your order confirmation in your email inbox, please check whether it was accidentally placed in your SPAM folder and contact us if it hasn't been received.

- Nachdem Sie Anpassungen vorgenommen haben, klicken Sie auf den Button Speichern, um Ihre Änderungen zu bestätigen.
Forgotten Password
If you have forgotten your password, you will find the "Forgotten Password" function in the login area. Here you can have your password reset and then set a new one. Please note that email delivery for password reset may take up to 10 minutes depending on your provider.
Addresses

- Alle Änderungen müssen über den Button „Speichern“ bestätigt werden, damit sie wirksam werden. Bitte beachten Sie, dass Änderungen oder Anpassungen der Adressen immer im Vorfeld einer Bestellung erfolgen müssen.

Our REHAU profiles made of hard/soft PVC are particularly impressive due to:

Changing Profiles
Since the seals are usually just plugged on, they can simply be carefully pulled off. The new sealing lip is then cut to the length of the old seal using a small saw with a fine blade or also a miter shear or a utility knife. Before attaching the new profile, the glass elements should be cleaned carefully. It's best to use cleaning products specifically designed for the care of all-glass showers. Then carefully slide the new sealing lip onto the glass edge. If the sealing strip does not slide on easily, it is recommended to slightly dampen the glass of the shower partition wall with some clear water...

We also show you briefly and concisely how to cut your new shower sealing profile to size in no time without making any mistakes.
