Payment Methods

We offer many different payment options so you can complete your order with your preferred payment method.

With PayPal, you can pay easily, quickly and securely at duschdichtungsprofile.de. Select "PayPal" as the payment method in our order process. Then log in with your email address and PayPal password to your personal PayPal account and confirm the payment amount.

If you choose PayPal Express, you will be redirected directly from our shopping cart page to PayPal and log in there with your credentials. Here you review your address information. Subsequently, you can review and confirm your order on our order confirmation page. We immediately receive payment confirmation from PayPal and can process your order right away.

We also offer payment on account in cooperation with Klarna. With this payment method, you have 14 days from receipt of the goods to pay for your order. You will receive the account details and the reference purpose from Klarna by email after your order.

The use of the payment methods invoice and installment purchase requires a positive creditworthiness check. To this extent, we forward your data to Klarna as part of the contract initiation and execution for the purpose of address and creditworthiness verification. Please understand that we can only offer those payment methods that are permitted based on the results of the creditworthiness check.

Installment Purchase

For your purchase, we provide you with installment purchase via Klarna with the support of TeamBank AG Nuremberg, Beuthener Straße 25, 90471 Nuremberg (hereinafter TeamBank AG) as an additional payment option.

The installment purchase agreement is entered into between you and duschdichtungsprofile.de. With the installment purchase, you opt for payment of the purchase price in monthly installments. Monthly payments are to be made over a fixed term, where the final installment may differ from the previous installment amounts. Ownership of the goods remains reserved until full payment.

The claims arising from the use of the installment purchase are assigned by the merchant, duschdichtungsprofile.de, to TeamBank AG as part of an ongoing factoring agreement. Payments can only be made to TeamBank AG with debt-discharging effect.

Installment Purchase with SEPA Direct Debit

Through the SEPA direct debit mandate issued with the installment purchase, you authorize TeamBank AG to collect payments owed through the installment purchase from your checking account specified in the order process via SEPA direct debit from the specified credit institution.

TeamBank AG will notify you of the collection by email at the latest one calendar day before the SEPA direct debit is due (pre-notification). The collection will take place at the earliest on the date specified in the advance notice. A later, timely collection may occur.

If a reduction in the purchase price amount occurs between the pre-notification and the due date (e.g., through credits), the amount debited may differ from the amount stated in the pre-notification.

You are responsible for ensuring that your checking account has sufficient funds at the time of payment. Your credit institution is not obligated to execute the direct debit if your checking account does not have sufficient funds.

Should a return debit occur due to insufficient funds in the checking account as a result of an unauthorized objection by the account holder or due to the expiration of the checking account, you will be in default even without a separate notice of default, unless the return debit results from circumstances beyond your control.

The fees charged to TeamBank AG by your credit institution in the event of a return debit will be passed on to you and must be paid by you. If you are in default, TeamBank AG is entitled to charge an appropriate dunning fee or default interest at a rate of five percentage points above the respective base rate of the European Central Bank for each notice of default.

Due to the high costs associated with a return debit, we ask you not to object to the SEPA direct debit in the event of a withdrawal from the purchase contract, a return, or a complaint. In these cases, the reversal of the payment will be made by bank transfer of the corresponding amount or by credit.

EPS offers you the option to complete your order in our shop - quickly and above all securely. If you decide to pay by EPS, first select an Austrian bank to continue the payment process. You will then be redirected to your bank's page where you simply go through the steps of online banking. Finally, you only need to authorize the completed payment form. After successfully completing your order, you will receive confirmation from your bank before you are redirected back to our website.
