Withdrawal of Orders

Consumers have a right of withdrawal on the following terms, whereby consumers means any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that cannot be predominantly attributed to their commercial or independent professional activity:

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the last goods.

You may use the attached model withdrawal form for this purpose, but it is not required.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send the notification of the exercise of the withdrawal right before the withdrawal period expires.

If you withdraw from this contract, we must refund you all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a different type of delivery than the most inexpensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which the notice of your withdrawal of this contract was received by us. For this refund, we will use the same means of payment that you used in the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no event will you be charged any fees for this refund. We may refuse the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of the withdrawal of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the fourteen-day period expires.

We bear the cost of returning such goods that can normally be returned to us by post. You bear the direct costs of returning such goods that cannot normally be returned to us by post due to their nature (oversized items), which for each such item is estimated at a maximum of approximately €16.90.

You are only liable for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of them that is not necessary to inspect their condition, characteristics and functioning.
