Hollow chamber seal with short glass insertion

This hollow chamber seal is used as a seal between a door and a fixed glass element or between two door elements. With this seal, the door can be opened both inwards and outwards. This shower sealing profile is only designed for shower walls with a thickness of exactly 6 mm and is characterised by its short glass insertion of only 5 mm.

These extremely durable profiles are manufactured from two different PVC thicknesses – a rigid and a soft component – in a transparent-clear finish. The profile consists of rigid PVC in the area of the glass casing and soft PVC in the area of the sealing lip. Each profile ensures a reliable and tight seal and visually blends perfectly into your bathroom.

We offer this profile in lengths of 200 cm and 250 cm. Like all our profiles, this shower seal can also be cut to size and installed in just a few simple steps without special tools, for example with standard anvil shears, a PUK saw, or mitre shears.

Care tip: The shower seal should only be cleaned with chlorine-free, non-alkaline cleaning agents. Avoid using abrasive cleaners and solvents to maintain the longevity of the material and to preserve the transparent design and water repellency in the long term. Lukewarm water combined with soft microfibre cloths is ideal for this.
