Shower sealing profile with extra-long wiping fin

This wiping lip seal has been developed as a horizontal shower seal for shower doors with a glass thickness of 6–8 mm. The profile consists of rigid PVC in the glass gripping section and soft PVC in the sealing fin area.

The vertical wiping lip measures 31.2 mm. This allows gap widths of up to 32 mm for 6 mm glass thickness and up to 34 mm for 8 mm glass thickness to be reliably sealed. The sealing profile stands out due to its high quality, excellent water-repellent properties, and discreet design, blending seamlessly into the appearance of your elegant frameless glass shower enclosure.

These extremely durable profiles are manufactured from two different PVC grades – a rigid and a flexible component – in a transparent-clear finish. Each profile ensures a reliable and watertight seal while integrating optimally into your bathroom design.

This profile is available in lengths of 100 cm and 200 cm. The wiping lip seal can be easily and precisely cut to the required length without specialized tools, for example using standard anvil shears, a PUK saw, or mitre shears.

Important note: This shower sealing profile is NOT suitable for quadrant or curved showers. If you require a splash protection profile for these shower types with an 18 mm sealing lip, please contact us directly for a custom solution.
