Horizontal sliding door seal

This shower seal was designed as a horizontal seal for sliding shower doors with a glass thickness of 6-8 mm. In contrast to other horizontal door seals, this seal does not have a sealing lip pointing vertically downwards and is therefore particularly well suited for use with sliding doors, which generally slide in a track and therefore have a very small gap width below the shower door.

You can therefore also use this seal well for shower doors with a very small gap width.

The profile consists of rigid PVC in the area of the glass casing and soft PVC in the area of the sealing lip. Our shower seals impress with maximum quality and a subtle, transparent design. They reliably repel water and blend inconspicuously into the appearance of your tasteful all-glass shower.

These extremely durable profiles are manufactured from two different PVC thicknesses – a rigid and a soft component – in a transparent-clear finish. Each profile ensures a reliable and tight seal and visually blends perfectly into your bathroom.

This profile has a length of 100 cm. You can easily and precisely cut this shower seal to your required length and install it without special tools, for example with standard anvil shears, a PUK saw, or mitre shears.

Important note: These shower seals are NOT suitable for quadrant and curved showers. If you are looking for splash guard profiles for these shower shapes, we recommend our pre-curved sealing profiles.

Care tip: The sealing lip should only be cleaned with chlorine-free, non-alkaline cleaning agents. Avoid using abrasive cleaners and solvents to maintain the longevity of the material and to preserve the transparent design and water repellency in the long term. Lukewarm water combined with soft microfibre cloths is ideal for this.
