Horizontal Sliding Door Seal with Extended Water Deflector

This shower door seal has been designed as a horizontal seal for sliding shower doors with a glass thickness of 6–8 mm. Unlike other horizontal door seals, this profile does not feature a vertical downward-facing sealing lip, making it particularly suitable for sliding doors that typically run in a track and therefore have only a very small gap beneath the door.

As a result, this seal is also well suited for shower doors with very minimal floor clearance.

The profile is made of rigid PVC in the glass-gripping section and soft PVC in the sealing lip area. Our shower seals are characterized by their high quality and discreet, transparent design. They reliably repel water and blend seamlessly into the appearance of elegant frameless glass shower enclosures.

These highly durable profiles are manufactured from two different PVC grades – a rigid and a flexible component – in a transparent-clear finish. Each profile ensures reliable and tight sealing while visually integrating optimally into your bathroom.

We offer this profile in lengths of 100 cm and 200 cm.

The seal can be easily and precisely cut to the required length and installed without special tools, for example using standard anvil shears, a PUK saw, or mitre shears.

Important note: These shower seals are NOT suitable for quadrant or curved shower enclosures. If you are looking for splash protection profiles for these types of showers, we recommend our pre-curved sealing profiles.

Care instructions: The sealing lip should only be cleaned with chlorine-free, non-alkaline cleaning agents. Avoid abrasive cleaners and solvents to preserve the durability of the material and maintain its transparent appearance and water-repellent properties over time. Lukewarm water combined with a soft microfiber cloth is ideal for cleaning.
