Show Net PriceThis horizontal, pre-curved lip seal was specially developed as a sealing strip for sliding shower doors in round or quadrant showers (radius 500-550 mm) with a glass thickness of 6-8 mm. It is excellently suited for sliding doors that slide in a track, or also for conventional round and quadrant showers that have a small gap width below the door, in order to reliably protect against splash water there.
The profile consists of rigid PVC in the area of the glass casing and textured soft PVC in the area of the sealing lips. Our shower seals impress with maximum quality and a subtle design; they reliably repel water and blend inconspicuously into the appearance of your tasteful all-glass shower.
These extremely durable profiles are manufactured from two different PVC thicknesses - a rigid and a soft component - and have a transparent look. Thanks to the 18 mm long vertical sweep seal, gap widths of up to 1.8 cm can be securely sealed, whereby the textured soft lip exhibits improved sliding behaviour when opening and closing the sliding door.
This profile has a total length of 118 cm (measured including curvature), where the seal begins at both ends with a straight section of 19 cm. You can easily and precisely cut this shower seal to your required length and install it without special tools, for example with standard anvil shears, a PUK saw, or mitre shears.

Care tip: The sweep seal should only be cleaned with chlorine-free, non-alkaline cleaning agents. Avoid using abrasive cleaners and solvents to maintain the longevity of the material and to preserve the transparent design and water repellency in the long term. Lukewarm water combined with soft microfibre cloths is ideal for this.
