Pre-curved wiping lip seal with cut-to-length sealing lip

This wiping lip seal is a horizontal, pre-curved shower seal specifically designed for curved or quadrant shower enclosures with a radius of 500–550 mm and a glass thickness of 6–8 mm.

The sealing profile features a glass engagement section made of transparent rigid PVC and sealing lips made of structured soft PVC. The wiping lip has an extra-long length of 20 mm, allowing gap widths of up to 20 mm to be reliably sealed. A special feature of this sealing lip is the pre-marked cutting lines at 3 mm and 15 mm, allowing the lip to be easily trimmed to the required size.

The structured soft lip provides improved gliding properties and ensures that no water escapes to the outside. At the same time, it blends discreetly into the appearance of your elegant frameless glass shower enclosure.

These highly durable profiles are manufactured from two different PVC grades – a rigid and a flexible component – in a transparent-clear finish. Each profile ensures a reliable and watertight seal while integrating optimally into your bathroom design.

This profile is available in a total length (measured along the curve) of 100 cm. The seal begins at both ends with a straight section of approx. 19 cm. Further technical details of this shower seal can be found in the product images.

Care instructions: The wiping lip seal should only be cleaned using chlorine-free, non-alkaline cleaning agents. Avoid abrasive cleaners and solvents to preserve the durability of the material and maintain its transparent appearance and water-repellent properties over time. Lukewarm water combined with a soft microfiber cloth is sufficient.
