Pre-curved wiping lip seal with extended sealing lip

This horizontal pre-curved wiping lip seal has been specially developed for curved or quadrant shower enclosures with a radius of 500–550 mm and a glass thickness of 6–8 mm.

The sealing profile features a glass engagement section made of transparent clear rigid PVC and sealing lips made of structured soft PVC. Large gap widths of up to 1.8 cm can be reliably sealed thanks to the long vertical wiping lip measuring 18 mm. The structured soft lip provides improved gliding properties and ensures that no water escapes to the outside. At the same time, it blends discreetly into the appearance of your elegant frameless glass shower enclosure.

These extremely durable profiles are manufactured from two different PVC grades – a rigid and a flexible component – in a transparent-clear finish. Each profile ensures a reliable and watertight seal while integrating optimally into your bathroom design.

This profile is available in a total length (measured along the curve) of 100 cm. The seal starts at both ends with a straight section of 9 cm. Further technical details of this shower seal can be found in the product images.

Care instructions: The wiping lip seal should only be cleaned using chlorine-free, non-alkaline cleaning agents. Avoid abrasive cleaners and solvents to preserve the durability of the material and maintain its transparent appearance and water-repellent properties over time. Lukewarm water combined with a soft microfiber cloth is ideal.
